Join fellow Kent State alumni, friends and family for a cruise on the Goodtime Cruise Line to Kelleys Island and Put-in-Bay. The group will enjoy reconnecting, socializing, and lunch buffet while cruising from island to island. Once docked, you can explore on your own or with fellow Golden Flashes!
Registration through KSUAA is now closed but if you want to join the group you can purchase tickets through the Goodtimes Company at their website below or on site day off. We are unable to add to our luncheon count but people joining the group will still be welcome to bring lunch and sit with the group.
Tickets will be available at the dock.
Please look for the Kent State banner to find the group! The boat leaves from Jackson Street dock in downtown Sandusky at 9:30 a.m. sharp. Plan on arriving to the dock no later than 9:15 a.m. The event and boat ride goes rain or shine so come prepared for the weather.
Agenda for the day:
- 9:30 a.m. Leave Sandusky. Cruise to Kelleys Island. Relax and enjoy the Captain's narration en route.
- 10:30 a.m. Arrive at Kelleys Island, the largest American Island in Lake Erie. Optional tram tour, golf carts, and bicycle rentals available. Noon Leave Kelleys Island. Cruise to Put-in-Bay.
- 1:00 p.m. Arrive in Put-in-Bay. In port for 3 1/2 hours for sight seeing, shopping, and dining. Optional tram tour, golf carts, and bicycle rentals.
- 4:30 p.m. Re-board "Goodtime I" for leisurely return cruise to Sandusky.
- 6:30 p.m. Arrive Jackson Street Pier, Sandusky, with happy memories and plans to return.
