Kent State University Student Send-Off for new and returning students
We would like all Southern California Kent State alumni to join us at the Student Send-Off Picnic at Tri-City Park in Placentia on Saturday, August 7 (there are 11 new students from California who will be attending Kent in the fall as well as over 150 returning students). We're not sure how many of the students will be coming but we wanted to give them a warm send-off whether it's 1 or 100. Hope you can join us!
Cost is FREE for all. However, we ask that you bring a side dish to share as well as a lawn chair or blanket (ice, cups, plates, bowls, napkins, plastic forks, knives, spoons and iced tea will be provided). If you would like something other than iced tea to drink, feel free to bring that. Look for the Kent State signs!
