Vote for Kent State in WKYC.com Contest; Help University Win

Kent State University Dining Services has a chance to be featured on television. A contest is currently underway between Kent State and John Carroll University to see which campus will be featured on Hollie Strano's Dish of the Week on WKYC-TV's “Channel 3 News Today,” which airs weekday mornings from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m.

To vote for Kent State, visit www.wkyc.com, scroll down to the “Poll” section and cast your vote for Kent State. The university with the most votes will get a visit from the Channel 3 News crew, and Hollie Strano will help the staff at Eastway Café make lunch. WKYC-TV will be taping the segment on the winning university’s campus, and the piece will air on the Channel 3 morning show on Thursday, Feb. 18.

“Vote now, tell your friends, post it on your Facebook page, tweet it and do whatever it takes so that Kent State wins,” said Kent State Dining Services Director Rich Roldan. “We have excellent dining services, and this is a wonderful opportunity to showcase it.”

Voting ends 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10.
